GHLL Volunteer Board Meeting Minutes

Present: Joe Guinn, Cy A. Oatridge, Alec Douglas, Ron Brentin, and Curt Morford, Bob & Cindy Werner, Nick Heath, Joe Faulkner, Jenny Bruess, Mike Ditter, Will Schaefer, Angie Schmidt, Nicole Bratrud, Kristin Rogers, Rick Dowd & Steve Nixon

New Business:

• Ron Brentin started the meeting by discussing the District meeting, practice schedule and the State medical concussion process.
  
  
• Joe Guinn spoke about the current volunteer positions still open. We also filled some volunteer some positions.
  
  
• Joe Guinn introduced using a Code of Conduct for the Managers and Parents.
  
  
• Ron Brentin announced that the league is discussing putting together a Coach’s Clinic.
  
  
• Cindy Werner introduced a new apparel program for GHLL and a fundraising program.
  
  
• Joe Guinn announced that he will start emailing out agenda before the meeting begins.
  
  
• Anyone interested in coaching or managing a GHLL team must fill out a volunteer form online and invest $10. To GHLL
