GHLL Volunteer Board Meeting Minutes

Present:
Cy A. Oatridge, Joe Guinn, Ron Brentin, Debbie Selby, Shaun Hanon, Terry Koberstein, Angie Schmidt, Will Schaefer,  John Carlson, Bob Werner, Steve Sutton, Rick Nordi, John Stevens, Roy Kaldestad and Susan Lohse.

Old Business:

 

Terry Koberstein started the meeting discussing the current status of girl’s softball with the group. Discussed doing a season with GHLL (2 teams), KP (2 teams) and SKSLL (2 teams).


Brian Villa discussed work party on Sunday 01-13 at 10am along with GHLL Registration. Brian also talked about time table for moving Junior Field bases from 54/80 to 60/90.

 

Joe spoke about the status of the registration numbers and Coaches applications (Managers needed for Triple ‘A’).

 

Ron Brentin spoke about the netting project for the fields being done by Maintenance Manager at Cheney Stadium.

 

Roy Kaldestad spoke about the status of the Scott Hatteberg Clinic. Currently 40 players have signed up. Jeanette Ryan will be doing pictures for all players. January 26th, 2008.

Will Schaefer will spoke about pictures being done March 22nd and the status of GHLL apparel.

 

David Neufer will be managing GHLL tryouts.

 

Next meeting will be February 2, 2008 at Ray Nash Fire Station
