Old Business

Stars(Terri/Glover)

Voting

Kids will vote
for 3 all stars and adults will vote for 10.
Top 10 vote getters will make team and Manager to pick remaining 2 or
3.(9/10 teams encouraged to take 13 kids)
o
Ballot
eligibility
§
Each team will
have 2 votes(Manager and Coach), Board Members will have a vote as will any
umpire who did 10+ games. You can not vote twice if you qualify under 2 of
these (i.e.: Manager and Board Member= 1 vote)

Fall Ball(Hanks)
o
Details to be
finalized by Maurice but ideas are:

Start late August
§
Play games on
Saturdays and practice one night a week
§
6-8 game season
§
Provide t-shirts
and hats only
§
Teams to be
assigned fairly
§
Fee to be $60-65

League tourney

o
Everything has
run smoothly other the umpire scheduling and we will address this next
year. Championship games scheduled for
6/14.

Jr/Sr all star tourney
o
R. Brentin needs
a few more volunteers to help with announcing the games so if you are
interested and can help please let him know.

New Fields
o
We received a
$20,000 donation from a GHLL family which is a great start to the project.
o
We are currently
soliciting for volunteers to help with committee’s as we start to get this
rolling. Go to the website to volunteer
in your area of interest.
